Can I have a custom piece made?

So glad you asked! Absolutely. Custom jewelry is my favorite thing to create. I specialize in making your story front and center, utilizing thoughtfully sourced stones and recycled metals.

Do you do any repairs?

All B. Detke jewelry is made with quality in mind, and I guarantee its quality for one year with normal wear.

Should you have an issue or if a repair is required, please contact me, and I will do my best to accommodate you. Because of the handmade nature of my pieces, I ask that all resizing and repairs be done in my own studio. I cannot guarantee against any problems if it is taken to another jeweler for repair.

I currently do not offer repairs for outside jewelry.

Uh oh, my ring doesn’t fit!

All B. Detke Jewelry comes with one free resizing within two sizes (Ex: a size 6 ring going up to an 8.) If resizing is needed outside of these parameters contact me to to make sure this is possible.

Returns

I understand the need for occasional returns and exchanges. However, I am a very small shop and request that returns be made for B. Detke store credit only within 5 days of purchase. Please notify me as soon as possible if you expect the need for a return or an exchange, and I will be happy to assist you.

I only accept returns of unworn items. Returns or exchanges of rings that have been sized will incur a restocking fee. Custom orders are final sale.
